Guadalupe River in the Fall

Yesterday was indeed one of the nicest days of the year.  This past summer was so hot and dry it was almost unbearable.  Thankfully, fall has arrived, we've had some rain and the Cowpenn Daisies down along the river bank are in full majestic bloom. 

I took a walk down to the river yesterday and here is a peek at what I saw:
