Molting Gecko

I love living in the country :)  You just never know what you'll find out your back door.  A couple of days ago, I was sitting in my office and I saw Laci sniffing something on the ground, obviously very curious.  So of course I went to investigate.



It was a molting gecko!  
 


She didn't hurt him or anything.  She was just trying to figure out what this was :)  It made me giggle.  I picked up Mr. Molting Gecko and set him in the grass to finish the task at hand.

    One very curious dog. Kingdom cat invented the word investicatting. You need a doggie version ...

    Hi Beth...thanks! Geckos are so cool and they make for cheap entertainment too!

    Yes, Janet, Laci was just curious. It was so fun to watch the expression on her face. She was trying to figure out what this thing was! You're welcome! Your blog is very cool :)

    Yes, Kelsey...it was really weird. I'm always watching the puppies and when I saw how curious Laci was over something, I just had to see what she was focusing on. I didn't know geckos molted either!
