Remember how my peppers were struggling at the beginning of the season? Well, they are struggling no more! They are growing well and producing beautiful fruit. Can't wait for these to be ripe!

Beautiful, eh? It must have been that
gorgeous compost I added to the bed :)
It's funny how the plants normally manage to come good in the end, whatever the weather.
ReplyDeleteWill you eat those Corno di Toro peppers stuffed with cream cheese, or what?
Yes, Mark...funny how that happens :) I'm so happy these peppers are finally growing! I will likely stuff the Corno di Toro peppers with something, a veggie/cheese/ground meat mixture. It'll be fun to come up with a recipe!
ReplyDeleteYes, they certainly are healthy! I can only imagine all the wonderful dishes you'll prepare with these wonderful peppers!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Beth...I'm thinking of some good dishes to use them in!
